Research-use conditions

Purchases are restricted to qualified researchers who are at least 21 years old and have appropriate training, equipment, and laboratory facilities. All materials are For Research Use Only and Not for Human Consumption. They are offered solely for nonclinical in vitro laboratory research, never for veterinary use, in vitro diagnostic use, self-administration, personal use, or use as food, drugs, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.

Materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not FDA-approved for human use. They must not be administered to people or animals, used in patient testing, or supplied for those purposes. A research-use label does not authorize a prohibited use.

Before any future order can be accepted, the purchaser must confirm age 21+, a research field, qualified-researcher status, and research-only use. Ron Inc may request evidence of research eligibility and will not accept orders when the stated purpose is human, veterinary, diagnostic, or personal use. Review the matching Certificate of Analysis before purchasing. Availability in the catalogue or cart does not establish eligibility for a future order.

Product information describes compound identity and published research context. It is not medical advice, a claim of health benefits, or instructions for dosing, administering, or using a substance on a person or animal. A publication about a compound does not verify an EliteGen lot. Review the relevant batch documentation and applicable laboratory handling requirements.

Access and order status

Product pages, scientific references, and certificates of analysis are publicly readable. Adding items to a cart, opening a cart, and accessing checkout require a self-declaration of age, research field, and intended use. It is not an account login or verification of professional credentials. No account, email address, or identity document is required to complete this access form.

Adding products to a cart does not place an order, and checkout and payments are not enabled. Final purchasing, shipping, returns, and support terms must be confirmed before orders are accepted.

This notice describes information handled by the current EliteGen Research website, operated by Ron Inc, a California S corporation. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@elitegenresearch.com. Public checkout and payments are currently unavailable.

Research access and your cart

The access form records your confirmation that you are at least 21, your selected research field, any text entered for Other laboratory research, and your separate acknowledgements of qualified-researcher status, research-only use excluding human, veterinary and diagnostic use, and these terms. The declaration version is saved with these choices. It does not ask for your birth date, identity document, professional credentials or contact details. These choices are kept in this tab’s session storage so the site can remember your declaration. Completing the access form does not send the declaration to Ron Inc.

Your selected product identifiers, amounts and quantities are saved in this browser’s local storage to keep your cart between visits. The website does not request order contact, delivery or payment details. Browsing the catalogue or adding items to a cart does not submit an order.

Free-text research information can reveal details about you or your work. Enter only a research discipline in the Other field. Do not include patient or health information, research-participant data, institutional identifiers, confidential project details or payment information.

Support messages and website requests

If you email support, Ron Inc receives your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. This information is used to answer your question and review the issue you raise. Please send only what is needed for that request; do not email passwords, government identification documents or full payment-card details.

When your browser requests a page or service, our hosting provider, IONOS, may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested address and request time. This supports delivering the website, troubleshooting and protecting the service. Hosting and email services process the requests or messages needed to provide their services.

Website analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to help Ron Inc understand visits to its public research pages. Analytics is enabled by default. You can turn it off through Analytics settings on this Privacy page. A saved opt-out, Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track browser signal prevents the Google tag from loading. This preference is separate from the research declaration and does not affect access to the site.

Analytics measures public page visits and associated session and engagement information using cookies, browser identifiers and technical details. Google receives network information, including your IP address, when your browser connects to its services. We send the public page’s standard address and title, without URL queries, fragments or referral addresses. We do not send search text, age confirmations, research fields, form entries, cart contents, checkout details, customer information or payment information. Measurement is paused while the research declaration, cart or checkout is displayed.

Ron Inc’s authorized Analytics administrators can access reports. Google processes Analytics information under its own policies; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google Signals, advertising personalization, user-provided-data collection and granular location/device collection are disabled. This site has no advertising pixels or email/SMS marketing signup tools. Scientific references and other external links have their own privacy practices.

Use Analytics settings on this Privacy page to turn measurement off or back on. Turning it off stops collection, removes this site’s accessible Analytics cookies and may reload the page if the Google tag was loaded. It does not erase information already received by Google. Your opt-out is stored in this browser until you change it or clear the site’s stored data. If your browser prevents saving that choice, the settings panel explains that it applies only to the current page. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals take priority over the site preference. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 60 days without extending their expiry on each visit. User and event detail retention in Analytics is set to two months, with reset on new activity off; standard aggregated reports have different retention rules. Browser settings or blockers may further limit measurement.

Planned checkout and fulfillment

Hosted checkout through an approved payment provider and fulfillment through Ikonik 3PL are planned; they are not an active ordering service on this website. If checkout is enabled and you explicitly choose to continue, your selected items and current research-use declaration will be sent to Ron Inc to start and record the checkout request. Contact, delivery and payment information would be entered on the hosted checkout, rather than in this storefront’s own payment form.

The planned order flow would use an approved hosted-checkout and payment provider for checkout and payment processing, and share the order and delivery information needed by Ikonik 3PL to fulfill an order. Ron Inc would use relevant order and payment-status records for support and order administration. The final data flow, provider details and retention arrangements must be confirmed and reflected in this notice before sales begin. The website does not send a browsing cart or access declaration to Ikonik for fulfillment.

Retention and your choices

Research-access choices remain for the browser tab’s session; browser session-restoration settings can affect when they disappear. Use Research access settings in the footer to clear the saved declaration and review it again. Cart storage has no automatic expiry in this storefront. Remove cart items or use your browser’s site-data controls to clear them. Restricting browser storage can prevent these preferences from being remembered.

A fixed retention schedule for support correspondence and hosting logs has not yet been established in this notice. Their retention depends on the service’s settings and the need to resolve enquiries, operate and protect the site, or keep required records. Before order processing begins, the order-record retention arrangements will also be described here. Clearing browser storage does not delete emails you have already sent or records held by service providers.

You can contact info@elitegenresearch.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Describe the relevant interaction so the request can be located; do not send identity documents or sensitive financial information with the initial request. The response can explain any verification needed and any limits on deleting records.

Age requirement and changes

This website is intended for qualified researchers aged 21 or older. Anyone under 21 should not submit a research declaration or use the store. If you believe a person under 21 has provided personal information, contact the support address above so the matter can be reviewed.

Updates to this notice will appear here with a revised date. Review it again when new store features become available, particularly before using checkout. A privacy notice or an age declaration does not establish a product’s suitability for human or veterinary use.
